As part of the Forest of Fabrication exhibition of engineered timber buildings by renowned architects dRMM, Swedish Wood are hosting a seminar to showcase some of the latest tall timber buildings in Scandinavia.

The event will be hosted by Andrew Waugh of Waugh Thistleton Architects, leading exponents of CLT in the UK. Andrew will talk about some of the buildings he has been involved with and the challenges facing the industry from the amendments to Approved Document B.

The Scandinavian perspective will be provided by Daniel Wilded, Production Director of Martinsons, Sweden, and Robert Schmitz, a partner in White Arkitekter, Sweden, who will talk about the 19-storey Skellefteå Cultural Centre.
